An innovative eCommerce experience

Abbott Laboratories, a leading company in the pharmaceutical segment worldwide, chose us based on our capabilities and our way of proposing a solution to a problem faced by most brands at the eCommerce level: how to make their operations more efficient, and generate strategies for high impact and agile scalability, which allows them to be leaders in the region in just 12 months of launch.

For this, our methodology began with the joint assembly of the case to work, focusing on a technical and business consulting, which would allow them to have greater visibility of the project and its respective needs.Our UX / UI team worked together with the brand in adapting the visual capabilities of Abbott Laboratories to the web interface, following market and industry trends.

More than 30 sites were implemented in 8 countries in the region, working with the technological actors (payments, logistics) that the project needed, thus allowing an omnichannel, efficient strategy that grows day by day.More than 20 people have been involved in this project, implementing innovative solutions and constant improvements to be at the forefront of the business.
